“I highly recommend this place. Mark (physio) takes all the time needed to explain first in technical terms and then in layman terms. He patiently demonstrates and then reviews, whenever necessary, the stretches and exercises needed. I was not keen to try physio but now I look forward to going and to getting better. Erin (massage) provides a very firm and therapeutic massage. I can be a wimp and she will ease up if I ask but she is very good at loosening my muscles and relieving my knots.”
