“My son and I love the Children’s Reading Room. There are too many good things to say. Lisa and Joanna are amazing, they are very patient with the children and knowledgeable when it comes to anything child related! If you are a newer parent like me, or have some experience, they answer your questions free from all judgements. They have a wide variety of books for children of all ages, and with every visit, you get to take home a book for free! It is such a great place, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, inclusive and different experience! 😊”

“Great service and very friendly staff. Went with my co-workers to try this place out since we finally got one close by (and don't have to go across town anymore). I got the magic cube milk tea (coconut jelly, coffee jelly, and agar jelly) and I really liked it! Good portion. One of my co-workers got the mango slush and you can really taste the mango. Definitely using sweet mango, which is a plus.”

“It isn’t easy to assess a trial because it’s a journey, unlike a sole experience. That said, Dawson Clinical Research was superb in how they navigated ours. Their staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and perceptive. We were in a trial for a Covid vaccine that was surrounded by variables. Dawson Clinical Research worked diligently and intuitively. They went out of their way to immerse those participating into the mainstream accessibilities made available only to those vaccinated outside our trial. They noted that we shouldn’t be denied access due to trial participation. Their staff happily expedited all inquiries and were open to any questions posed throughout the trial. They were invested in our journey, and though we travelled from Toronto to Guelph to participate, it was more than worth it. Their entire staff was highly professional, skilled and knowledgeable. They ensured that inquiries and accesses were consistently made available to us. Accessibility is particularly significant during the days of Covid and all the existing restrictions. The experience of being in their trial was beyond anything that I suspected it would be. Strange as it might sound, it was an absolute pleasure being part of a historical trial for a Canadian biotech company. It was here that Dawson Clinical Research really shined as the custodian overseeing an innovative plant-based vaccine. I would happily assign ten stars for all that Dawson Clinical Research did, particularly their attention to detail—consistently going over and above on behalf of all the participants—demonstrating diligent and thorough reporting to their clients without losing sight of respect and convenience for their participants.
