Where other companies put me on waiting lists or never even returned my call, Erin Refrigeration returned my call first thing in the morning and were able to make it out to me not even an hour later. I had been told by another company my cooler was on its last leg, the technician sent to me today was confident he could fix my cooler and told me it is actually in decent shape. He fixed it in hours, and even cleaned off the fan of my other cooler rather then just wasting time. They were polite, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. “Jamie committed to our very large dock two weeks after permit approval. It was installed one week after approval. Jimmy and Ryan were very accommodating on the installation. The cost was very reasonable and quality exceeded our expectations. Jamie followed up on the dock to confirm we were happy, a true professional. He responded to our inquiries even on weekends, although his voicemail was frequently full. Text messages were always promptly answered. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new dock. Friendly and competent it feels like dealing with family.”
