I love this store!! Such awesome customer service. I came in needing help to fix my fishing reel case (I was going to do it myself by hand), and the woman at the front offered to do it for me for a small fee. It came out perfect!! Thank you to the ladies who helped me. :)

The service at Triangle Sweing Repair was wonderful. I wasn’t sure if my older Brother model was fixable but the staff quickly assessed and repaired my machine promptly. They offer one of a kind items and appeal to sewers of all levels. Supporting a local, family owned business who care about customer satisfaction is the way to go.

Family run business and so they are focused on customer service in a genuine way. Their expertise is obvious. I’ve purchased 2 machines from them and will continue to do so.
