It was a joy to be able to drop into his workshop to see progress and discuss the techniques he was using. He then shipped the piano to our home 30 minutes from Guelph and set it up. It is superb and his price was consderably lower than alternatives. He continues to visit to tune. Mark is at the top of his profession and he is also completely honest and straightforward, not just a semi skilled piano tuner.”
