We were super frustrated, I called Murray Young, the lady on the phone could hear my frustration and said she was in my area and would pop over to help us out. No pool companies even called me back (still, two days later) and she appeared within 20 minutes to trouble shoot with my husband. (she confirmed it was a faulty pump we bought). Thank you!!”
