Every year we go to hillside and I go over the top with our glamping set up. There are coin operated showers that I would never go into without shoes on... but their hot and for $1 you can take your sweet time in the shower (bring a roll of quarters). I’m only there during festival time so the line can be long for the 4 stalls. My family and I shower late at night when it’s not a wait at all. The sites are well maintained and the trails around are lovely. The beach is nice and my wife and daughter told me that the water is great. We always enjoy our 5 days there.

Nice but it's kinda of like a big bird bath. Poo and feathers everywhere. It's better than nothing though! Wish there was more nature to enjoy in southern Ontario. There's way too much farmland.

Everything was amazing. My campsite had the lake view and it didn’t have many people camping, so it was very calm and peaceful.
The people that work there are very friendly and helpful!
I stayed for only two days but I definitely loved it!

Fantastic day to spend the day (or go camping for a few days). The lake is beautiful. Beach is great and water is shallow which is perfect for younger swimmers. You have to go out a fair way for a good depth. Has two beaches actually. One main one and one smaller one down by the island. The mail. One has a washroom facility, however there is limited areas to change as the bathrooms just have stalls and a toilet and there isn't much room to put you're stuff down. A little difficult to change when you have a toddler with you. Lots of trees and shady spots near the beach to have a picnic. Some picnic tables are available. You do have to watch out for goose poop - there is a lot at times. Overall, very nice place!

Spent the day out at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area. I didn't spot Bigfoot, but this would've been the perfect spot for him to live, especially in the wooded areas. Most of the park was impassible due to the snow, so I'll have to return when the weather is warmer and the snow has melted.
