I went two days before Christmas to get a gift card for my husband, and drove all the way in a snowstorm to realize I had forgotten my wallet. The manager gave me the 5-pack car wash gift card free of charge and told me to come back and pay at a later time. Amazing. And when my husband and children went today to have a car wash, as soon as they walked in the door the manager had suckers for the kids and was unbelievably friendly and helpful.
