There is never any pressure from them to take action. They want to make sure that the house you buy is the right home for you and your family.
Really, we feel like they are part of the family. My kids hug them whenever we see them. :)

What a pleasure to be working with an amazing team of hard working brothers Mike and Patrick. They made a very good first impression, pleasant to talk to and easy going. They provided very helpful advice, and referred me to someone else to help clean up the house and get it ready for market. I never felt any pressure from them to sign any agreement before we were ready. This made it a lot easier for us to work with them. During the showings the brothers worked real hard to market the property, and managed to get over 200 showings! The property was sold in 2 weeks!
