He was wonderful at negotiating for us. He clarified all our issues , recommended a great lawyer and he even was there to help us unload our heaviest piece of furniture.
He was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

He was always available to talk, even if it was just small questions we had he communicated quickly and efficiently. Mat went above and beyond any expected responsibilities of a real estate agent when we ran into a small hiccup on the day of closing because he really cares! We love our new home and will always be thankful for his part in it.
