“I've been making wine and beer at U-Brew places since they started in early 1990s, in Hamilton. Over the years lots of places have opened, and almost as many have closed. I discovered Barry and Liz only recently-- their "Towne Winer" facility is by far the best of all the places I've made wine at in all those years. If you want a quality product at a reasonable price, this is the place to come. Barry is a careful, knowledgeable and passionate winemaker, and Liz is cheery and helpful with the bottling process. If I could give six stars I would!”
