Samsung delegated a warranty repair to them, initially. Ming was quite responsive and courteous. He inspired confidence in his professionalism.
Unfortunately Samsung transferred the repair to another company which just highlighted what sets these guys apart.

I thought my LG TV was a goner and would have to buy a brand new tv as it was just a few months out of manufacturer's warranty. He was able to diagnose and let me know within a couple days and fix it! Saved me money and an all around nice guy. Customer service like this is hard to find these days!
Called Samsung last weekend for my new TV that was cycling power by itself. Referred to Guelph TV & Video by Samsung for warranty repair. Brought it in on Tuesday night and was ready on Friday. Working beautifully. Excellent service Ming! Thank you.
