“Great service, friendly, fast efficient. Brought in my iPhone 5 which I had dropped the morning after my 30th birthday party. On the phone I made little sense yet he was polite and patient in getting the proper information to ensure he had the parts on hand to fix my device. It took less than two hours to complete and I had my repaired phone complete with screen protector (free of charge) and invoice. They even offer email money transfer as payment. It was a joy to be able to drop into his workshop to see progress and discuss the techniques he was using. He then shipped the piano to our home 30 minutes from Guelph and set it up. It is superb and his price was consderably lower than alternatives. He continues to visit to tune. Mark is at the top of his profession and he is also completely honest and straightforward, not just a semi skilled piano tuner.”
