If you’re looking for something better luck at the shoppers across the street. There’s a Coca-Cola cooler and a station to check blood pressure. Plenty of parking. There is a walk in clinic. I didn’t go in to speak to any employees so I can’t say anything about the service.”

“I have on order 2 taps..one came in on time and the other the date has moved 3 times. I don't blame Emco for the manufacturers delays. However my rating has to do with service from Emco. I have to keep chasing them for updates. Last I heard the one tap should be in last Friday and haven't heard from them and have no idea when it is coming. I had to have my plumber come 4 times because of misinformation so it is costing me way more than I budgeted for. I would have preferred to be contacted on the date expected and told the next expected delivery date with continual follow ups. Hopefully they can improve and exceed customer service in the future.”

More of a real hardware store feel than a big box store, but with a much easier shopping experience because there is always someone to ask. Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic and slow reopening in Ontario, Rona was the store that felt safe from the lineup, to the experience inside. They care enough to make sure our community and their staff are as safe as possible.”

“I can't thank Shawn at Westmount Pools enough for his hard work and friendly service installing our pool heater and the gas line. This was supposed to be a 3 or 4 day installation and Shawn stayed very late on the second day to finish the job so we could enjoy our pool. The two days Shawn worked here were very warm and humid so it was very surprising that he was able to get more done than expected. Not to mention that he had to crawl under our deck to run the gas line. That is not a place that I would like to venture especially with a skunk living under the attached shed. (not sure I mentioned that to Shawn) Thank you so much Shawn.”
