Great atmosphere in a really awesome traditional pub. The food is exceptional! Easily easily five stars!

Best prime rib and mash I have ever tasted! One of my personal best dining experiences ever. 10 stars in my book!

Food is always delicious and service exceptional. I love that the bar area is full with a bunch of their regulars. Just wish it was a bigger space sometimes. Love the patio in the summer too!!

First time eating here (fish n chips place next door was closed) well lucky for us!
Food was awesome. I had the elk burger with fries and an organic ale. The burger was juicy and delicious! Hubby had fish n chips that were really good also! We will return!!

Five of us had lunch here (all seniors.)

They have numerous draft beers (and a wine list that I did not read) ; at lunch, the choice of entrees was a bit limited but they had several others on the blackboard. I had the Philly roast beef (with cheese on it, plus fries and a bit of coleslaw) for $16. This is not an inexpensive place and the beer is not cheap either.

But it has a nice, pub-like atmosphere and the service at lunch today was friendly and efficient. Two of our group had the fish and chips (cod) and loved it. So, overall, I gave it four stars.
