I am always astounded by the level of professionalism, attention to detail and care they provide from the moment I step into the store. It is clear that they value the customer and their experience to the utmost degree. Mike is the best in the city, and has been since I first met him. Most recently, helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. She is one of the most friendly and helpful salespeople I have ever encountered. 5/5 stars any day of the week. I purchased my prescription glasses from here recently. Great customer service and frame options. Extremely fairly priced too. I got mine within 2 weeks of placing my order. I liked that they weren't pushy (like my first time visiting the store) and the options were already enough to have me return for a day when I had more time to try and place an order. Will return for sure.highly recommended
