Len's Mill Store

The store is always a cluttered mess, but the selection of fabrics and notions is always great.
It's easy to spend too much time just looking at all the stuff in the rest of the store. A lot of stock is from liquidations, so if you see something you want, don't wait to get it. You may never see it again.

A wide selection of fabrics for pretty much whatever you need, tools or fabric.

Outdoors fabrics like furniture upholstery, heavy canvas or large size mosquito netting, or small stuff for accentuating lace decorations.

Everything from corduroy to twill to flannel and cotton. Microfibre was limited to two rolls on a shelf (pink and green) but was there.

There's a leather scraps bin here too, but no leather on the shelves.

The store also sells a variety of clothing and bags out front for standard pricing.

They do not sell sewing machines.

The store can be messy at times. But the price is always right. I was surprised by the amount of useful items they carry. Like a cooler dollar store. Super cool. Temperature wise too because every time I'm here it's freezing inside. The lady's who work the front are really nice.

I was getting some material for a project that I'm working on and I personally don't know anything about the measurements that I exactly need but did give a customer service representative the measurements of the room that I needed to cover and wanted him to cut the pieces of material exactly for my needs. I personally didn't think that they would do that for me but thought that I would give it a go to see if he was willing to make my job easier. Well this guy was absolutely amazing! He is probably the only male there that cuts the fabric cuz I had never seen a male work in the area of fabrics. Anyways he was just wonderful and he even saved me around $100.00 by informing me to look at the materials that are wider for the job that I was working on. In doing so the material that I chose was less of a cost per yard and there was a great discount on it as well. I think that it only ended up costing around $9.00 compared to the over $100.00 for the same amount of material. What made the cost so different was the width of the yard and obviously the discount of the material. He even went as far as drawing the details of how to cut each piece to complete my project. This guy was certainly one in a million to go out of his way to take all the time needed to assist me in this endeavor and to save me mega bucks. I wish that I could remember this young gentleman's name but as I have stated, I'm pretty sure that he is the only male in that department. I thanked him profusely for his illustrations that made my job easier and for the attention that he had given me. My experience there was fantastic and I hope that others will experience the same.
