I found the front desk staff (and one other member of staff who assisted her) to be very helpful and kind. The service is super professional and they're straight to the point without wasting my time or offering services I don't need (like many banks do). I'll definitely be back for future needs! I just wish they offered better online service, and had less branch-dependent processes.”
