“I don't know if it was just because it was a sale day or not but the store was a disaster, could have got a lot more of my money if I could have found things and if the only girl that seemed to be working helmets and outerwear was a little more attentive. Answers were all curt and most of the customers seemed to be wandering around hoping for some help. The girl (Sarah, I think) from the Motocross section was fantastic and came over to help us and the staff in parts were great and mean we will come back. I just hope they get things sorted as I can't imagine the condition of the store or attitude of the girl from helmets & Outerwear if things run as is from now until the sale ends on Sunday.”
