All the staff very friendly and helpful, I have an Echo trimmer which ran out of line and I didn't know what line to buy or how to install it. The sales person showed me what line to use and he installed it for me NO CHARGE!! hard to find a place to do this for you these days

Absolutely the best customer service by far. Bought a new mower from them and unfortunately broke right away. ( Not their fault) They offered to come all the way near Parry Sound and bring another new mower with them because they truly felt horrible. They will always go out their way to help me and any other customer out there. Will be driving down to Rockwood in the spring for more equipment. Thanks guys.

I have been farming many years in rockwood and the Kawartha Lakes.
I have found that Connect Equipment in Rockwood to be far the best to deal with.
They will also get you the best trade in value.
