He explains everything clearly and goes as far as to show you the issue. Seeing is believing. He goes above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running. He has sourced out many parts for me and gives options (OEM vs Premium Aftermarket). He even replaced my entire engine on my 2013 Kia Sorento. His new facility is great and looks like its expanding even more. Lots of experience, great service and great guy.
