  When I First contacted Mark Wilson’s I was assigned Alexa as my finance/credit expert.
  From the beginning Alexa went the extra mile to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, while giving us as much information as she could along the way. She was in constant communication with me and still remains to be after the sale whenever I need her!
  To say she did an excellent job would be an understatement as she jumped through just about every hoop to get me into my vehicle.
  I am a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone who goes to mark Wilson’s, request Alexa!

  After first meeting Ron the salesperson, I felt very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and was proud of his experience. He is truly dedicated to pleasing the customer! Entire deal process was quick and painless. Was very pleased and couldn't wait to pick up my new truck.Jaclyn was the finance manager and was on the ball, she offered many solutions and suggestions. She was very approachable and guided through the entire process. On delivery, Lauren was the coordinator, she was amazing! Super friendly, was able to answer questions promptly and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

  We have just recently purchased our new-to-us family vehicle from Mark Wilson's, and couldn't be happier with the experience.
  
  Over multiple visits we narrowed down what we needed and wanted and the staff was helpful and patient during the whole process.
  
  We got a great price for our trade in, and excellent help and guidance through the financing and warranty processes.
  
  Special thanks to Sam, Sheri, Sue, and Allan for all your help. We'll be back for our next vehicle when the time comes.

  Jon Gardiner and Karlee McDonald were amazing. The last car I purchased had a world of issues and the experience I had with the troubles and constant service was beyond unacceptable so I returned to Wilson's with hopes of a better experience and also to give an opportunity for Wilson's to turn this situation into an opportunity to shine and provide the customer service expected from a top dealership. Well together Jon and Karlee meet and exceeded that expectation. they were thorough and fast to respond to questions and concerns and went the extra mile to ensure that this time around was much better. Thanks guys for everything you did for me. I love my new Mazda.

  I went to Mark Wilson's in search of a car after I totaled mine in a car accident. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The employee that we dealt with in sales was patient and understanding while we went through the process of picking out a vehicle we liked and being ready to buy. He went above and beyond for us as well which made things a little easier on us.The whole process was relatively painless and we are happy with our purchase. Thanks for the great new to me car!
