Hard to judge until I get my bike back. Already quite late and getting radio silence from the company. But Steve clearly knows a lot about bikes.

Bought a used woman’s bike off of Steve. Very nice and friendly to deal with. He’s very busy so it takes a while for him to respond back, just be patient and Steve will come through for you!

Great experience, Steve tuned up my bike great and went above and beyond to make sure every part was working great.

I love my bike! I cannot recommend Guelph CycleTherapy enough. Steve has had the craziest month but was always able to deliver in terms of great customer service. He maintained constant communication with me throughout the process of fixing the bike up and always made me feel like I was in good hands. The bike works/feels great and looks exactly like I had envisioned it!

Steve offered some great help and advice getting a very quirky custom brake cable job working for me. His enthusiasm for what he does is quite apparent. Great to know people like this are so nearby and so welcoming.
