Very positive experience. Namick knows his trade and tries to understand the expectations of the customer. He and his staff were respectful , courteous , transparent and professional. I dealt with others of same trade who promised the world but did not deliver and were disrespectful and arrogant. He took over where they left off , also advised on other aspects of renovation.
