“I rented a car for a two week road trip and Lindsey did an amazing job making sure I had the best option possible for it. On top of that Kevin was hands-down the best customer service I have ever had there. He was pleasant, understanding, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of, including hand writing a receipt for me when their computer system was down. I would recommend this location again as I have used them now over 5 times (some for insurance and some for personal) and they are diligent in their drive to ensure people have the vehicle they need regardless of the reason. “Suggest to book your vehicle on line with emerald first. I love emerald service, but the counter guy is very grumpy. He must own the place (or be a relative). He should hire someone to be to deal with clients, as people definitely not his strength. If you book all the details on line with emerald, it limits him and makes him toe the line. You have to watch the extra charges and leave nothing to chance. Suggest to really review and document the car prior to pickup (take lots of photos/close ups). Make sure it’s documented. Again, they are the only franchise for Emerald/National on the north end of Guelph.”
