“Great gym and equipment, just overpriced at 170$ after tax per month compared to most gyms at 25 to 50 per month in guelph. Update: with this gym my opinion seems to always switch from great to bad depending on how I look at it. There are a few pieces of niche equipment that are hard to find that can push a workout to the next level(which is great). The staff are also rather helpful if ever needed. Still don't believe its worth the price of 4x plus the competition just because things are newly painted and the machines are new though. As for the new equipment, the general machines that are used are the same for most gyms, so no matter what brand you choose as they do pretty much the exact same thing.”

“Good gym atmosphere and have all the equipment you need, people are usually helpful and machines free. But this gym is the most inconvenient gym I have been too, half the time you have to ask someone to turn on the TVs for you , the parking lot is risking a flat tire and the last straw was having to wait 2 weeks for a key fob so it is only 24hrs if they have enough key fobs. I was a member for over 2 years and I think that is the longest you can put up with all the work they lay on the paying members.”

“The Pilates offered here is so much more effective than other types of Pilates and fitness classes, for my needs as an older woman with a history of various injuries. This studio also has a wonderful community feeling and the teachers are not only very skilled but are also fun, accommodating, and inspiring. I am stronger, taller, more flexible, have more bone density and am able to enjoy all the outdoor activities that I did 20 years ago because of the thoughtful and appropriate classes they teach.”
