We got 2009 Ford edge and it was in excellent condition, he was very honest, not pushy and pleasant to deal with. When they said they were putting on new brakes and rotars they did just that, straight out of the package which made me very happy as the last 2 vehicles I purchased from dealerships said the same thing but had put on used parts.
