“I have been seeing Dr. Sheldon Ho for ten years (I started seeing Dr. Sheldon Ho in 2007). Dr. Ho's chiropractic treatments are very good at helping my pain and stiffness. Dr.Ho's adjustments work very well for me. Dr. Ho has a lot of knowledge and explains things well to patients.. “Not much really...it is an Ultrasound / medical imaging center. It is quite basic in terms of the waiting area and everything. The lab / imaging reception area is actually really just a corner with a temporary desk for them to work on. But the check in task is done easily. No complaints about rudeness or anything. The woman did not get my humour, but that may just be me. The changing area (to get into your gown) is as expected...just an alcove with a curtain in front...no different from any of the other places I have been to. The technician was professional enough and the ultrasound was done efficiently. All in all, no complaints about this place.”

“I started at this gym around a year. I wanted to work with an experienced trainer and met with Aaron here. Over the course of the year, Aaron helped me transform my body and helped me achieve my goals. He has been extremely professional and amazingly helpful with my journey and I would recommend anyone who is looking to transform their body, to come and speak with Aaron. The gym overall is really great. Its 24 hours with self entry. However the amazing thing about this gym is that it's not overly crowded like other places such as good life and llfit for less. The staff is very helpful as well. Overall great place to workout on your own or with a trainer.”
