Great experience at the markham location. I was there when some parents ( adults) were there being extremely rude to the sales associates. They girls were very patient and handle the situation very professional. It’s our fault parents if we wait until the last minute to get our kid uniform. They were able to assist me and get my order shipped to me.They we’re knowledgeable and assisted me to make sure I had just what I needed. I loved that they knew just what size my child needed by looking at them. I will probably shop earlier next time but kudos to your employees that handled the last minute rush like pros. As I parent I apologize for all the rude parents you must have encountered this summer because I was appalled. We are better than that parents!
Very helpful staff. Advised them that the quality of their closures on their boys pants needs to be addressed. I returned one pair after fixing it myself a few times and they fixed it without issue. I mentioned it again on this trip as it needs to be changed to a different type. Hopefully the will.
