They have more product selection each year BUT I noticed that the price is continuously bumped up each year on the same products that I repurchase... You still get a better deal than buying from department store but have to wait in line for a long time to get in. I suggest going a few hours before closing time with a list of items because it's very easy to get overwhelmed with the huge selection and forget what you actually came for”

“Great experience at the markham location. I was there when some parents ( adults) were there being extremely rude to the sales associates. They girls were very patient and handle the situation very professional. It’s our fault parents if we wait until the last minute to get our kid uniform. They were able to assist me and get my order shipped to me.They we’re knowledgeable and assisted me to make sure I had just what I needed. I loved that they knew just what size my child needed by looking at them. I will probably shop earlier next time but kudos to your employees that handled the last minute rush like pros. As I parent I apologize for all the rude parents you must have encountered this summer because I was appalled. We are better than that parents!”
