  My experience has always been wonderful while shopping at Pet Valu. It is always kept clean and organized with a staff that is welcoming and extremely helpful. Mike always makes sure I get what I need and greets me with the biggest smile! Their customer service is excellent and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get what I need for my dog. They have quality products and quality workers. I recommend any pet owner to shop here!

  Great experience at Pet Valu at Bayview and Lauraleaf in Thornhill. I came to the store with a long list of items that I needed as props on a TV series. I came in on a Saturday and I needed these items for filming on Monday morning. The Manager, Mike, went out of his way, to go to the Petvalu warehouse and picked up these items for me so that I was able to pick them up the next day.

  What a pleasure it is to shop in this store. Very clean and tidy, with great
  selection and good prices. The manager, Mike, is such a nice gentleman
  who does his best to make your shopping easy. I give this store a 10 plus.

  I get my dog bathed here every month. Amazing price and unbeatable service. The dog wash area is always clean and ready for use.
