“Go30 Inc. is a Great gym doesn't feel like a gym, it feels like a comraderie of wonderful women supporting each other. You feel like part of a family. The staff and members are great and I look forward to going regularly. The space is small but perfect for the 2 round circuit. Workout only takes 30 minutes and works against your own body weight. You are able to work at your own level. There are lots of extra classes as well for those with a flexible schedule. Would like to see newer machines and a little more variety. Price is reasonable and location is very clean and convenient.”

“I have known David the owner of this gym for quite a few years and I have been training with him for more than a year. I woke up this morning and decided it was time to write something for everyone to read about this gym. I have never known anyone who takes more pride in their business than David. The gym itself is spotless and as long as I have been a member the equipment is always fully functional and always in great shape. I have never see a sign saying that the machine is broken and waiting for a repair. But the one major characteristic that makes this gym different and above all others is the atmosphere. I like to call this gym the "Cheers" of all gyms. Those of you who remember the show "Cheers" will know that it was the "place that everyone knows you name." Well this Gym is David's gym and I assure you if you are a member David knows your name! it is the warmest and friendliest gym I have ever been to and I haven't even talked about his technical knowledge. Train with David just once and you will see a difference to any other trainer you have ever experienced. He trains "outside the box" and will make slight adjustments to your technique and you will feel immediate benefits. In the end if you are looking for a wonderful place to work out on our own or you want a trainer who can help you achieve results that you haven't been able to achieve, this is the place and David is the the right trainer. I am 53 and actually had my hip replaced 4 months ago and because of the guidance and expertise that David showed me before the surgery I am walking 5 or more kilometers a day or in the alternative I am on the elliptical machine at least an hour a day. I started back training about 6-8 weeks after my surgery and my recovery was incredible. See you at the gym!”
