“There was a teller who needs to get proper training. I needed to exchange Hong Kong $ and Korean. She said they can’t exchange Korean currency here :) I told her that I’ve done it with TD before. Then she asked someone and that person did it for me :) This teller was just gonna send me home without asking for help from manager or whoever that can help. So I was pretty pissed off. I give 3 stars for TD that let the dogs in. My dog likes to wait for me in the bank because she can supervise me.”

“We always receive extraordinary service from Ben. I believe he is the branch manager. We go to this branch at least once a week. He is always very personable and helps answers our questions. The parking is more challenging than others but it is a similar walk to the branch in comparison to the other RBC on hwy 7/Birchmount.”
