First off, the staff is very professional and detailed to make your appointment and follow up confirmation hassle free. The facility is modern, using the latest dental equipment. Very Clean and Welcoming! Dr. Chan is provided a 5 star experience. I was welcomed, informed, and my needs were all met. I took a chance on not knowing the area or other dentists, and am a customer with Dr. Chan, while I am here in T.O. Dr. Chan took GENUINE interest in my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed, and had his attention the whole time. In fact he performed the cleaning. Typically in the States, the Dr. check the work at the end. Maybe I got lucky.
