“A great automotive service that may have caught the flu? I always go to Ford for service but this time it was different and it’s why I refrain from giving 5 stars. Why did the mechanic skip some points to check on the ‘report card’ they provide after your service? For example, why was the cabin filter not checked on my Ford? I usually go to White Oak in Mississauga and it was my first time at Twin Hills and I question if this service center needs to see their doctor.”

We got 2009 Ford edge and it was in excellent condition, he was very honest, not pushy and pleasant to deal with. When they said they were putting on new brakes and rotars they did just that, straight out of the package which made me very happy as the last 2 vehicles I purchased from dealerships said the same thing but had put on used parts. All 2017-19 Honda civic SI (coupe/sedan) have BAD rear suspension clunking noise in cold weather.
