Helpful. Have new, refurbished and used appliances

They have oodles of experience, and they have given me top notch service every time without exception. Last week I didn't need a repair, and I didn't need a new appliance-- What I needed was a washer I wasn't using to be moved from my house to a friend's house, and to be hooked up there and have the friend's broken washer taken away. Karl and Son had the job completed from start to finish in less than less than 24 hours after I called them.
About ten years ago I bought a used, top-loading washing machine from Karl and Son, which they installed, and it is still in my home going strong.
