  Sophie big thumbs up!
  She finds ways to help clients over email, phone and in person. My only flooring contact even though I'm from Barrie. Worth the drive !!

  The choice of flooring is limited but price is very good and the owner always gives constructor discount.

  I've visited well over a dozen flooring places in GTA looking for the right laminate at the right price.
  You name a place in GTA and I've likely visited them.
  
  I went to Sophie's 3-4 times before I decided to go with her.
  She was never impatient seeing me come back to browse (again and again...) and she offer's good insight. She provides good service and will help you as much as you can.
  
  If you've done your homework and you know the market prices, you can work out a deal that happily suits both yourself and Sophie.
  At the end of the project, I had a couple of boxes of laminate leftover which Sophie happily refunded me - now that's great after-sales service.
  
  Since my purchase, I've been going to her for all my flooring needs.
  Sophie Flooring definitely met my flooring needs and I would recommend them a visit.
