“Have been at this branch for 10+ years. The tellers are second to none! Management comes and goes (too often in my opinion) but I guess that's a big bank for you. Disappointed to hear that the tellers are being phased out and they are going to more sophisticated bank machines. Hate losing that personal touch. Expecting to find another solution soon. Shame to see such good people be replaced.”

“There was a teller who needs to get proper training. I needed to exchange Hong Kong $ and Korean. She said they can’t exchange Korean currency here :) I told her that I’ve done it with TD before. Then she asked someone and that person did it for me :) This teller was just gonna send me home without asking for help from manager or whoever that can help. So I was pretty pissed off. I give 3 stars for TD that let the dogs in. My dog likes to wait for me in the bank because she can supervise me.”

The parking is more challenging than others but it is a similar walk to the branch in comparison to the other RBC on hwy 7/Birchmount.”
