“Bobby Mackay the owner has a heart of gold. Will go the extra mile to help you.... Bobby may be expensive on certain jobs . Loud and rough around the edges but is very kind... .. Bobby mackays business mode is service extended business appreciated.... Island Backhoe services may not have the most updated heavy equipment... However the owner Bobby is very knowledgeable about engineering when it comes to septic systems... He has the permeability course for certification of septic systems.. I have personally witnessed him back up his work when a field tile backed up in the fall. He cMe right out and fixed it for free. Island Backhoe services has a dozer .. excavator and a mechanic shop...... shop is available if needed too for customers who need mechanic work done. This company hauls snow. During the winter months... plows snow with Backhoe On call to who ever is stuck. I have personally worked for this person .. I witnessed him pay to fix a total strangers car that broke down in the shop yard. He sent it to a mechanic shop and paid the bill.. for a Toyota that had no accelerator.”
