Cliffside Inn

Jay and Amber were fantastic hosts. I called them last minute and was able to get a room in their "Bird's Nest" suite. I had a spectacular view, and my own private balcony. In the morning, Amber made me up a delicious breakfast while I looked over the rolling waves from their dining room.

Beautiful location, with a very cozy bed room with incredible views from our deck. The whole Inn is inviting. Amazingly varied delicious breakfasts. Friendly, kind, considerate hosts Jay & Amber who went over and above to make us feel welcomed! I would recommend and plan to stay the next time we come to PEI. Bonus, just a few minutes from the ferry and beautiful beaches, where you can watch the seals sunning on the rocks.

Jay and Amber were wonderful hosts. We stayed in the beautiful cabin suite. Everything was 10 out of 10, from cleanliness to service, to the breakfast and the charcuterie board (which was beyond amazing). Amber goes above and beyond, providing beach towels and even toys for the beach. She is knowledgeable about the area and recommended local restaurants, wineries, beaches, tours ect, as well as places to go outside of the area. Jay made a nice fire and tended it for us on our last night, which made our stay even that much more relaxing. The inn...I cannot say enough about every detail, all throughout the Inn, beautiful woodwork and decor, lot's of literature about the history of PEI, coffee and tea at all times, amazing breakfasts, and super clean. The bed was so comfortable, combined with fresh ocean air, I truly had the most amazing sleeps. You cannot top the scenery, just beautiful. I highly recommend this stay, I have traveled extensively and would have to say this has been one of my best lodging experiences ever. I will be back 100%. Thanks guys!

Great location with amazing waterfront views. Jamie and Amber were very accommodating hosts and they served the best hot breakfast we've had in all of PEI! I highly recommend the Cliffside Inn, especially if you're travelling by the Northumberland ferry. The Inn is less than a 10 minute drive from the ferry port. We were lucky enough to see from the deck just outside our room seals swimming near the shoreline. A wonderful experience!

Jay and Amber were lovely. We didn’t plan our ferry crossing correctly and they were recommended to us by one of the toll booth’s.

They were very accommodating, friendly and have a lovely property. We would have loved to spend more then one night, and if we’re ever back in PEI we’ll at least know a fantastic place to stay! The many seals out front in the water were definitely a bonus!
