We had a variety of dishes. The burger, ribs, shrimp and lobster salad, were really outstanding. Portions were very large and priced fairly. The Pad Thai was enormous and had a nice amount of fresh veggies in it. Pecan pie for dessert was also excellent. Food in general was very impressive. Kids menu options consisted of a Burger, Flatbread, or Mac and Cheese. All side salads were very fresh greens and very tasty. Server was a little hard to understand, not particularly warm, and took too long to bring the check.
Would definitely return.
Quite the amazing atmosphere here! We sat in the back area with the windows overlooking the water and that was a great view. The ribs were fantastic and the crab cakes were definitely the best I've had! This is from an Ontario boy but I would imagine these are top tier even for the East Coast. 😋
I forgot to take any pictures but the food here was amazing! I had the Carrot and Ginger Soup and the Ribs and Mac & Cheese as my main. The soup was delicious as was my main. The main came with a salad as well and the dressing was excellent (and I don't normally like salad dressing). I took most of my ribs and half my mac & cheese home. My husband had the Asian Mussels which he really enjoyed and found to be a really unique flavour combination. He also had the Pad Thai which was another very generous portion size, he felt it could have been a bit hotter but still enjoyed it. My dinner companion both had the salmon special which was also a hit. For appetizers one of the had the Classic Mussels which they loved as much as my husband loved his Asian version and the other had the Lamb and Feta Meatballs which she said were excellent. We will definitely be back and bring any foodie friends who visit the Island here. I will say we were originally seated upstairs which was pretty warm but luckily we were able to be moved downstairs when we asked - just something to keep in mind if you are booking. The service was excellent - everyone was very attentive in terms of refilling drinks and water, clearing plate and so forth and also very friendly. Great experience and I highly recommend.
Really nice place, food was very good and the portions were huge! We ordered more than we can eat! I had the seafood chowder and the fish special and bread pudding for dessert. The staff was also really sweet to our kids even though our baby was pretty cranky. The high chair didn't really work out for our 7 month old and there was no buckle so might be worth bringing something if you have your own baby seat.
Absolutely amazing time, so glad we made this reservation. We were there for about 3 hrs, and the food and service was incredible. Our water made us laugh, and ensured we had a smooth service. The drinks were delicious, and the rhubarb spritz was excellent and would recommend!
For food our favourite was the crab cakes, mezza platter, chocolate desert, and the pecan pie. My daughter (aged 10) ate the chocolate desert so quick, she absolutely loved it. You could taste the difference in between the two layers, and the mousse was decadent. Our only suggestion would be to add an extra crab cake as usually they are served in portions of 3 but beyond that, this was worth the experience everything was fresh, the fish was light and beef cooked tender. Will come again, thank you for an excellent night!
