“I loved their products..so many styles and colours…for all ages! Clothing, knickknacks, souvenirs. The store was a pleasure to go through, well decorated and was well organized. Was actually the best souvenir store I had seen in quite a while! Where they fell short was customer service! I asked a girl at the cash a question about a certain product and all she said was “I don’t know” and that was the end of the conversation. No apology, no “hold on I will find out for you” or anything like that! Also I went back a second day and the lineups were even worse than the previous day! One person was at cash, another might come over and talk to that person. What really got me is that one woman appeared to be in charge. The whole time people had to wait in line, the aforementioned woman was standing around and chit chatting to yet another woman. She didn’t seemed concerned about how long customers had to wait! She took no note of the line up. There appeared to be another cash there. If it wasn’t working or used for something else…shame on them! Most other businesses will get another customer sales person on another cash to avoid making their customers wait. There was enough staff there! Just because people are on vacation, doesn’t mean they want to spend time standing in a line! At the prices they charge, plus the amount of people buying, they are taking in a lot of money!!! Buy another cash, train everyone on how to use it, INCLUDING the manager, so when they see the line getting long, they can jump on another cash right away themselves, if everyone else is busy! That side of the business was very disappointing which is why I only gave them 3 stars!”
