Lily was able to fit me in at short notice. She is knowledgeable and listens well .Her method is painless and she was able to give me immediate relief from my pain. She cares about her clients and this shows in her after treatment follow ups.
I would highly recommend Lily - I've been to several acupuncturists, and she rates high in my book.

Denee and her team are always looking for new ways to connect with and support clients and gym members. The updated equipment is great and the classes are welcoming. Highly recommend!

I couldn't BELIEVE that we found a proper gym so close to where we camp in the summer! We met the owner, Denée, after seeing a road sign and finding her website online. She was great! Membership or passes are super well priced and she gives 24/7 access to all members.

It's a community sized space, not a great big commercial gym, but to me this is a pro and not a con. It depends on what you're looking for!

They do offer some classes in TRX, kickboxing, zumba, yoga, and more. Call or check the website. I was most interested in basic strength and conditioning equipment and I was not let down! The gym features a full squat rack/power rack with Olympic barbell and metal plate weights, flat and incline/decline benches with a full complement of dumbbells, as well as some treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines.

You won't find a big "machine circuit" here, it is mainly free weights. I prefer that, but anyone looking for such specific movements will need a Goodlife or similar.

Otherwise, totally 5 stars. We had our first workout there today and I love the space - very glad we noticed the sign in the corner of the road!
