“A cold September, after storm Lee found us in this area looking for places to visit: fortunately the tourists were gone which meant that very few places were open according to this website, gracefully detailing even opening times. We found this place and with only one table taken we were wondering how the food is going to be? The staff was simply amazing and our food was just great: we all had sea food which is so fresh in this area and great value for money. Great place, great staff.”

“Appreciated the room that accommodated our large family. Kitchenette was very useful, however our room had a router for wifi plugged in the kitchen leaving no plug for appliances such as toaster etc. and we had to move the table and plug in behind the fridge. Staff was helpful and room was clean, I appreciated the hard flooring without any carpet. Outdoor Pool was very nice and well maintained. Each room had its own propane barbecue as well. That said it is still a motel and the beds were clearly inexpensive models and did not make for a great night's sleep.”

“This place was pretty neat. We didn't eat at the restaurant thee but we did partake in the museuma that was there. The Ripley's had a thing that looked like a HUGE lite bright(for those who know what I am talking about) which was a big hit! Definitely a place to visit with kids. They have mini golf. We loved that until we got rained on! Great place to take the family.”

“Toughest minigolf course ever! Bunkers in minigolf? This was crazy and so par 2, par 3 and par 4 holes were sometimes bogies and even double bogies. They had a lot of other attractions, some came in packages, but we got here just before closing and didn't have time for the rest. Cool art work. Lots of parking!”

“We loved our time here! We booked through their website, everything was very clear. When our ETA was after 8pm, I called and he just left the key in the cabin for us. The owners were around all day and are super friendly! Our cabin was clean, it has a wonderful new deck we sat out on all the time. Plenty of kitchenware. A/C struggled, but it was uncharacteristically hot that weekend!! Hot water was hit or miss, but it was always at least warm enough. Pool and hot tub were clean. Hot tub is older, jets aren't super strong, but that didn't stop us from relaxing in it! Location is great for the music festival, we walked there everyday (1 km) and there is also a water park next door. Easy drive to other attractions, we took a nice scenic ride. We are looking forward to returning if they hold the Sommo festival again!”

“Second time staying and overall this is a solid choice I'd you want a rustic basic cottage experience. It's really central to everything in the area. Staff is helpful and nice. You can get extra games and books from the office. Comes with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ which we really liked. I am hoping they can do some repairs, new paint and upgrade the TV's because it looks like this is one area that's falling pretty far behind but it's not too bad yet. There is lots of similar cottages set up same way in the area but I think this one has a good price but we booked it mainly for familiarity.”

“Great location close to Cavendish Beach. Canon #18 Great cabin with large living room area, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds plus a pull out couch. Pool onsite that was warm. 2 fire pits on site for use by anyone. Overall a great place to unwind at the end of the day and nice clean beds. My next stay will be longer for sure.”

“This is an ok motel. It’s a budget motel that out performs to expectations. The breakfast is good and plentiful (the bacon could be cooked a bit more). Lots of selection. And nice clean outdoor pool. The rooms are clean if not dated. Beds and pillows very comfortable and appeared new.”

“This place is magical ... you should go when the water is down so you can walk from sidewalk to this place .. it was so nice and i could take lots of great pictures here ! Visited in middle september so it was not crowded at all ! We had fan and i think PEI is Beautiful ! Even if the weather goes crazy hhh it rains suddenly but still sunshine come back fast enough to enjoy the place 😍😍😍”

“Oh my god, the baby cows! If we could rate this place 6/5 overall, we would. The family running the farm and cottages were great. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the island. The beach is a five minute walk away, and is lovely. Spending time with the cats and cows was the highlight of our visit!”

“This family run business will become a favorite with its fresh seafood and homemade fries and island hospitality. Though small on staff they provided excellent customer service and although the restaurant was full our wait time was very reasonable and totally worth it. Also have to mention their French Fries with their house seasoning were yummy and plentiful. Will visit again when I'm in the area!”

“Always a busy spot in the summer. We went there in Oct. (Open weekends), for my son's 8th birthday with 5 of his friends. We had an excellent time mini-golfing and multiple rounds of lazer tag. The kids were in a lather of sweat from playing hard. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Didn't attempt the haunted hotel with this group, but we saw other groups leaving and they said scary but fun.”

“Oh my goodness, that was the most refreshing and tasty smoothie I have ever had. All fresh fruit and nothing else. What you see is what you get. Best way to cool off. I promise! I had a few bites of my parter’s veggie sub. The bread was so fresh and the veggies were as well. A very crunchy and soft combo of fresh toasted on the outside and soft in the middle. Inside, the veg is so crunchy and flavourful. Best option in town and the prices are totally fair. Quality food at a great price and the lady who served us was so pleasant and wonderful.
