Bob's Deep Sea Fishing

We spent two days seeing ALL of the things PEI had to offer and none came close to the experience we had at Bobs Deep Sea Fishing. Bob and mate Phil were both incredibly kind and patient and made sure everyone aboard was having a great trip. First we fished for mackerel to be later used as bait, then out deeper for cod. They were then filleting the fish on the side of the boat just as quick as we could reel them in. Amazing experience that we can’t wait to enjoy again.

Had a great time with Bob’s deep sea fishing! Bob and Philip are friendly and patient! I had snagged on rocks, hookset the earth, tangled lines and even lost some weights, but Bob and Philip have a good sense of humour and are so patient to resolve those problems! Got some good quality mackerel and cod fishes, had a good supper. Highly recommended!

Great time at Sea!Bob and his helper made sure everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently! The fishing was great everyone caught multiple fish! Suitable for adults and kids alike.

Bob and Philip were great captain, guides. They have a very friendly and warm welcomes. They also assist you when you fish. We caught some Mackerel and Cod.

Booking is easy too, you can either book online on their website or call ahead and they will squeeze you in their 3 available times. The boat ride is great and can hold up-to 20 people easily. Best time to ride is a sunny day.

Fun fact: they let you take your catch home and they fillet it for you on the boat.

Also: remember to carry a sweater, it gets chilly out on the water. Don’t mistake to wear white clothing as I did as it stain with blood and other stains.

We really our stay with Bob although the weather is rainy and cold on that day. The captain is enthusiastic about his job, he use his experience to found the right fishing spot and make sure everyone can got fish. We caught lots of mackerel and trout. That’s is super fun and exciting for newbies.
