A clean campground with lots of activities and events for children and adults (especially during the blueberry festival). I have stayed here many times and didn't notice the road noise but can see how it may affect other campers.
The good: very clean bathroom, wifi in your camping sites, decent laundry facility, green mowed grass. The bad, significant road noise, sloped sites with no level areas for tents or camping units. There are level sites, taken mostly by long term campers.
Great campground, but a lot of road noise. Camping (unserviced) lots are not level. Nice pool. Good facilities. I wish pei would enforce car and motorcycle muffler/noise laws. Impacts this spot being so close to a main road.
Great campground. Love that it is not crowded with campers. There is tonnes of green space which is so nice. Right on the confederation trail. Grounds are kept nice. Make sure to bring extensions as some of the sites are awkward for hooking up. Stay away from campsite 63/64 (can't remember which one) as they literally burn garbage and plastic all night long. It smells so bad and the embers flew all over our stuff. Was a little weird to have to pay to swim but the pool was nice. Needs a little upgrade on the surround but it did the trick! We loved our stay and will be back again!
Great campsite with the confederation trail right here. We plan to walk with the dogs into town today. Short walk along the trail was enjoyed yesterday. Spacious spots, excellent covid procedures in place.
