“I have bought many items here and have always been satisfied. The staff have always been very helpful and polite. Just recently I was there to buy a captains bed for my daughter. I paid for the item the evening before I picked it up. The owner said that he would disassemble the bed for me. When I went to pick it up the next day I found out that it could not be fully taken apart. I explained to the owner that there was no way I would be able to get it up the stairs to my daughter's bedroom. He was very understanding and apologetic. He said that he would gladly give me a refund. This is customer service at its best and I will continue to give them my business.”

“They were excellent to work with! I sent in photos online that were pixelated when thwy printed and they got in contact with me to tell me they hadn't turned out. They asked if I wanted to come in with the originals to try again! I went in that day and they showed me how to do them and printed them off within 10 minutes for me! they even cut them for me as well! I'm very pleased with their service :-)”

“Very good selection for home, office or school. I take my kids there every year for school supplies. They are able to find everything they need for a good price. Store is well kept and organized, which makes finding things easy. My only issue is the customer service. Don't get me wrong they are very helpful and give service with a smile. But they seem to only approach you when your around high ticket items. If your just in the regular office supplies you basically have to hunt someone down for assistance. To me a customer should be given the same service wether they are spending a thousand dollars or twenty dollars.”
