No long, stressful waits before the work began. Both women were empathetic, efficient, skillful, pleasant, kind and cheerful. Dr. Amy is extremely skilled with local anaesthetic. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The fee was very reasonable. One of only two dentists in my 60 years of fillings, breaks and extractions who sent me home feeling cared for, respected and comfortable.”

Dr Jordan D'Eon is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to ,he is dedicated to the well-being of his patient's. he cares more about you then your money its a refreshing approach to dentistry. I highly recommend Dr D'Eon and the dental assistants at gate way dental . They are top notch, they are knowledgeable and extremely helpful . I had an all on 4 implant procedure and I was in extreme pain . The dental surgen who did the surgery and who will remain nameless ignored my pain and just kept saying it's an infection without any proof of infection .the dentist who was responsible for the cast of the implant position ignored my pain .The only one who took me seriously was Dr D'Eon at gate way dental .he did everything to try and find out where my pain was coming from, and through his tireless efforts he discovered the problem was the plate was made wrong when my other dentist took the impression ,it was off by quite a bit, so the permanent plate was off too and was putting extreme pressure on my implants causing excruciating pain .Dr D'Eon figured out thr problem and did all the work from scratch and didn't charge me a cent even though it wasn't his responsibility to fix another doctor's mistake and neglect. now there perfect Thankyou Dr D'Eon. No pain at all . Dr DEon is the real deal you want regret going to him”

My 7 year-old son was extremely anxious about dental visits to fix his cavities after a very distressing hospital experience, so he needed care and flexibility from the dentist and staff, all of whom were wonderful. “Never had any issues until I had an appointment at 8 am in March cancelled "due to weather", but I only found out it was cancelled after driving (in good weather) in from Stratford. They offered to rebook me at a time that didn't work for me. They then said they would contact me with a new appointment time in the next few days. After months of nothing from them, I called last week, and was told "There hasn't been a cancellation yet." In five months, I don't believe that. Edit: Was offered an appointment in October, but no longer had insurance at this point so had to decline.”
