“I recently renewed my insurance with W.B. Beairsto . I have been insured by Beairsto for about 40 years. Always great service and a local office you can stop in at and it is always easy to get someone on the phone. Also as a local business they support the local community. They have insured me from my not so great teenage driving years, my children learning to drive and covered a variety of cars, trucks, utility trailers and now as I learn to navigate an RV. I have had a few claims over the years and they were always handled easily. I still remember when on my 25 birthday I reached the combination age/ driving years and my insurance rates dropped significantly and they sent me a partial refund cheque. There is never a problem changing or adding new vehicles .It is very easy to change my seasonal vehicles from full coverage to coverage for while in storage. Any questions are answered quickly and they have offered me tips and suggestions to make my insurance cheaper and more effective. Online brokerages seem to be the trend these days but I recently helped my elderly neighbour deal with his online insurer. What a nightmare, and he was trying to make a payment. How much worse would it be if you were trying to resolve a claim. No other options but wait for hours on phone to a call center. And if you look at the online companies Facebook page and twitter accounts some online companies have a large number of customers unhappy with the service. I appreciate the excellent face to face customer service offered at W.B. Beairsto insurance and plan on being a customer for many more years.”
