“At the counter, the employees are very nice and very courteous. I would give them 5/5. However, their delivery people lower their bill. I would give them 0/5. I often get a notification that they tried to come and deliver my package, but I was not home, even though I have ALWAYS been home since the pandemic. In addition, I see them doing; they get off their truck without my package, only with the notice and put it in the letterbox. THEY DON'T EVEN BETHER TO COME TO KNOCK. I've talked about it more than 3 times, I'm really tired. Unfortunately, I will not have the choice to file a complaint.”
